More About This Episode: The ERP Triad

In this episode, we discuss some of the fundamental pillars of success, project failure, the definition of success, the role of corporate culture, the role of effective learning & development (L&D), organizational conflict, and more!

ERP organizational change is an often complex and dynamic interaction among employees, business processes, and technology.  Research suggests that organizations that become aware of, implement, and put the appropriate emphasis on the vast array of context-specific CSFs will be better prepared and positioned with the organizational skills needed to increase the likelihood of ERP assimilation and meeting the desired organizational goals.

Research on organizational change has included studies from many different perspectives with a general focus on technology, processes, and people.  In general, ERP implementation methods, systems, practices, and organizational complexities vary greatly, and that many complex factors potentially contribute a large array, and variance, between success and failure. For this reason, understanding effective implementation processes and CSFs may benefit organizations.

This episode will explore this notion further.
